Practical tips, techniques, energy exercises, visualization and mind-calming techniques that bridge the gap between spiritual and scientific mindfulness and/or meditation. We invite beginners and seasoned practitioners alike to join us for the unappreciated art of silence! Richard Lyntton, a St. Thomas’ parishioner, has practiced daily meditation since 2002. He has attended numerous silent retreats, Mindfulness conferences and seminars, and studied and practiced several techniques. He has also offered Mindfulness Meditation to students, faculty and parents at Germantown Academy and St. Thomas’ over the last five years.
