Godly Play (PreK-5th Grade) Beck Room
Children have an innate sense of the presence of God. The Godly Play approach helps them to explore their faith through story, to gain religious language and to enhance their spiritual experience though wonder and play. Based on Montessori principles and developed using a spiral curriculum, the Godly Play method serves children through early, middle and late childhood and beyond. Registration is open! Classes begin on September 16th and adult volunteers are needed. Come join us!
Bible + Breakfast (6th-12th grade) Upper Room (formerly Resource Room)
What if I told you that you could watch the entire Bible as an animated story in three years just by coming to Sunday School? I’ll even sweeten the deal and throw in breakfast! Join us in the new Upper Room located across from MacColl Auditorium for B+B at 11:15 on Sundays beginning September 16. Registration is open!
Confirmation
Confirmation: The Journey is a 10-month faith journey for students 8th grade and older. Throughout Confirmation: The Journey, Priests, Students, and Adult Leaders spend time learning, sharing, serving, and having fun while we grow in faith, knowledge, and discipleship together. The Course of Study consists of a Fall Retreat, 8 monthly class sessions, & Confirmation Rehearsal. Discipleship opportunities of Spiritual Gifts Ministry and Worship Leadership enrich this wonderful faith journey! At the end of the spring semester, students have the opportunity to affirm their faith and the baptismal vows their parents & godparents made for them when they were younger.
